Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before the processing of your application can begin.

Processing Queue

Upon receipt of payment, your application will be placed in our processing queue. Please note that your application will be processed in the order that payments are received.

Estimated Timelines

The estimated completion time provided for your application is only an approximation. Each application is unique and may take additional time based on various factors.

Client Assistance

Timely cooperation from clients, including checking emails and responding promptly, is essential to avoid delays in the processing of your application.

Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet Resolution Policy

Innox Group is unable to resolve technical issues related to individual Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet accounts, as these are personal accounts managed by the customer. While we cannot act on your behalf, our agents may provide guidance or suggest next steps, including directing you to TNG customer support. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their TNG account is VEP-eligible. Please note that technical issues with TNG are not eligible for refunds through Innox Group.

Refund Policy

Misinformation or Client Error

If an application fails due to misinformation or errors provided by the client, no refunds will be issued. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and complete.

Client-Initiated Registration

If the client chooses to proceed with the registration process independently after engaging with Innox Group, no refunds will be given. The client accepts full responsibility for any actions taken thereafter.

Completion of Service

Once an appointment for RFID tag installation has been scheduled, or payment for postage has been processed, the VEP (Vehicle Entry Permit) application is considered complete on our end. From this point, our service is deemed fulfilled, and no refunds will be provided.

RFID Tag Collection

Clients must specify whether they wish to collect the RFID tag in person at designated collection points or receive it by mail.

RFID Tag Installation

Self-Installation:

For clients receiving tags by mail, self-installation is required on the headlight. You must send verification pictures for confirmation, and it is critical to follow the provided installation guidelines.

If the installation is done incorrectly and verification is rejected, no refunds will be issued. Reapplying for a new tag will be treated as a new application, incurring the full fee.

Professional Installation:

If you prefer professional installation, you must visit our office for the installation. Should verification fail after our professional installation, we will reapply for a new tag free of charge.

Appointment Booking

Appointments should only be scheduled after discussing the details with us via WhatsApp to ensure proper coordination and availability.

Personal Data Protection

By engaging with our services, clients consent to the collection, storage, and use of their documents and personal information provided to us. All data will be used solely for VEP (Vehicle Entry Permit) purposes and will be deleted from our records within two months after the successful application.

Information Disclaimer

The information regarding the use of an email VEP confirmation slip to enter Malaysia after October 1st, in the absence of an RFID tag, is based on various sources, including articles from Motorist.sg and The Straits Times. This information is provided as a guideline only. Innox Group does not accept responsibility for any denied entries, fines, or issues arising as a result. Clients should verify the latest requirements independently.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Clients are deemed to accept any modifications to the terms upon engagement with our services.
